I've had 2 properties inspected in NW Indiana by Dave and Rob. They are very thorough and do not rush. They clearly explain their findings and the inspection report and photos are extremely well-written. I've used the report as my manual and "to-do" list for repairs on the recent property. The Inspector—is a great team. When purchasing a home you need to have someone that has your best interest this will save you money. This team inspected the house that I was selling and they were highly professional and great to deal with from a sellers stand point. This prompted me to use them for my own personal inspection for a house I had built. My wife and I are very meticulous when it comes to details. The Inspector will meet with you and give you the honest truth about the home you are purchasing and they will send you a detailed report to your e-mail with all relevant information on your home including pictures and any findings. They will also give you recommendations on how to approach the seller or builder to have any issues resolved.

If you're in the need of a professional home inspector who will provide a highly detailed inspection of your home, then I recommend The Inspector. They were good in explaining what they were going to do before going into the house and were there to answer any questions that I had. Once the inspection was completed they again explained what was going to happen. They stated the fact that they were going to send me a detailed packet of information in PDF format, which would contain some of the most informative explanations of what to do and what to look for. I have received the copy of the home inspection report. I was surprised to see how much detail you included, and was very happy to see the pictures included in the report. I was very pleased at the thoroughness of the inspection, the promptness to the appointment, and attention to detail.
